Shifts & Pay:
2nd Shift: 3:00pm-11:00pm - $18.00/hour (Start)
3rd Shift: 11:00pm-7:00am - $18.00/hour (Start)

Hire-In Rate: $23.00/hour

Overtime: Available based on production needs

What You'll Do

Operate and monitor machinery used in metal production and processing.

Load raw materials and remove finished metal parts from production equipment.

Move, stage, and organize materials throughout the facility.

Perform basic quality checks and visual inspections.

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Support general production and material handling needs as required.

Who Succeeds in This Role

Individuals with manufacturing, machine operation, or material handling experience.

Reliable team players with strong attendance and work ethic.

Candidates with at least 1 year of longevity at their most recent position.

Candidates comfortable working in hot, industrial environments.

Those able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for full shifts.

Workers who can follow instructions and prioritize safety.
