Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescription medications for retail and mail order patients.
• Verify prescription information for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and rotating medications.
• Maintain meticulous records of prescriptions and patient information in compliance with privacy regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing information and support as needed.
• Ensure adherence to all pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards of practice.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential required.
• Previous experience in retail and mail order pharmacy settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy terminology, medication names, and dosage calculations.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with pharmacy software systems and technology is a plus.
