Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a new manufacturing client to find a full-time EHS Specialist in the Carthage, TN area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.

  • Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulations.

  • Support EHS programs, training, audits and compliance

  • Coordinate workers' compensation activities, including documentation, follow-ups, and return-to-work processes.

  • Support workplace medical emergencies, first aid response, and injury management activities.

  • Track and report safety metrics and maintain documentation.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Industrial Safety, Occupational Health, Nursing or a similar role

  • Experience supporting safety programs within a manufacturing/industrial environment

  • CPR/First Aid certification

  • OSHA 30-hour certification

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Experience with incident investigations, audits, and corrective action tracking

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
