Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Current and valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
  • Experience supporting children and adolescents in school settings.
  • Familiarity with multi-tiered systems of support, response to intervention (RTI), and positive behavior interventions.
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations, observations, and assessments to identify students’ academic and psychological needs.
  • Develop and recommend effective strategies, supports, and intervention plans in partnership with educators, families, and administrators.
  • Collaborate on Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams, offering expertise in eligibility determination and goal setting.
  • Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and guidance services as needed.
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to enhance learning outcomes and promote emotional well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to all ethical, professional, and legal standards.
