Position Details:

• Job Title: Foam Assembler
• Location: Grand Rapids
• Pay Rate: $17/hour
• Shift Options: First shift, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM
• Start Date: Immediate openings available
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance upon hire

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble foam components with precision to ensure product quality
• Read and interpret measurements and diagrams accurately
• Operate measuring tools such as rulers and tape measures with confidence
• Follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications & Skills:

• Ability to read a ruler and tape measure precisely
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual attendance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Construction background or experience working with similar materials
• Prior manufacturing or assembly experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
