Quality Assurance Supervisor
75/YEAR
Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMPs, SQF, and other food safety and quality programs.
- Supervise, train, and develop FSQA and sanitation team members.
- Support audits, investigations, corrective actions, customer complaints, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain food safety documentation, monitoring, and verification activities.
- Assist FSQA management and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of FSQA experience in food manufacturing.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, SQF, and food safety systems.
- Strong communication, leadership, and computer skills.
