A Personal Assistant provides administrative, organizational, and personal support to an individual (such as an executive, manager, or private client). The role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, and ensuring day-to-day activities run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize daily schedules, appointments, and meetings
Handle emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the employer
Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
Maintain records, files, and confidential information
Run personal errands and assist with day-to-day tasks
Coordinate events, meetings, and social engagements
Liaise with clients, staff, and external contacts
Monitor deadlines and ensure tasks are completed on time
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience supporting senior executives or high-profile individuals
Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
Working Conditions
May involve flexible working hours depending on employer needs
Some travel may be required
