• Practice Model: Supportive anesthesia care team with medical direction
• Patient Base: Draw area of 500,000+
• Facility: Stroke Certified, Trauma Level III
• Types of Cases: General, GI, Cath Lab, Pediatrics
• EMR: Cerner
• Multiple providers accepted

Requirements
• Board Certified / Board Eligible: Required
• Active Indiana License or Compact License: Required
• ACLS, BLS, PALS: Required
