ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Skilled Nursing for a travel nursing job in Wheeling, West Virginia.

Assignment Duration\nThis is a 13-week contract position.
\n\nSchedule\n12-hour night shifts (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM), with weekends as scheduled. Every other weekend is required.
\n\nJob Description\nThe Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide care to a mix of long-term and skilled residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Responsibilities include medication administration, wound care, foley/catheter care, PEG tube feedings, ostomy care, and tracheostomy care.
\n\nResponsibilities\n- \n
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. \n
- Conduct wound care and manage ostomy, PEG, and tracheostomy care. \n
- Provide personal care and support to residents, assisting with daily living activities. \n
- Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure comprehensive patient care. \n
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using EMR systems. \n
- \n
- Current LPN license in the state of practice. \n
- BLS Certification (CPR must be completed prior to the first day). \n
- Experience with IVs, PICC lines, mediports, and central lines preferred. \n
- Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically Point Click Care. \n
