Job Description
As the CRNA market continues to favor locums opportunities, many providers are asking an important question:
What would a permanent position need to offer to be worth making a move?
This opportunity combines the income potential many CRNAs seek with the long-term stability, benefits, and quality of life that contract work often cannot provide.
Position Highlights
• Total compensation exceeding 300,000 annually
• 100,000 signing bonus paid within 30 days of start date
• 10+ weeks of paid time off
• CME allowance with rollover funds available
• Relocation assistance provided
• Collaborative anesthesia care model
• Multiple practice settings available based on interests and experience
Practice Environment
Join one of the Midwest's largest and fastest-growing anesthesia teams within a nationally recognized health system. Opportunities are available across a variety of clinical settings, ranging from community-based surgical practice to high-acuity tertiary and quaternary care environments.
Clinical exposure may include:
• General surgery
• Orthopedics
• Trauma

• Pediatric cases
• Specialty surgical services
Whether you are an experienced CRNA seeking greater case complexity or a new graduate looking for a structured transition into practice, this team offers strong clinical support and professional development opportunities.
Schedule & Lifestyle
• Full-time schedule
• Predictable call structure
• Post-call relief provided
• Flexible practice location options within the system
Community Highlights
Enjoy a vibrant Midwestern city known for its thriving downtown, award-winning restaurants, outdoor recreation, family-friendly neighborhoods, and significantly lower cost of living compared to many major metropolitan markets.
Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse and CRNA
• Open to experienced CRNAs and new graduates
If you've enjoyed the flexibility of locums but are looking for a position that offers long-term financial growth, stability, and a highly supportive practice environment, we would welcome the opportunity to speak with you.
