Requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Experience in ICU, neuro, or trauma nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• BLS and ACLS required; neuro or trauma specialty certifications preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, monitor, and document neurological and trauma patient status continuously.
• Administer medications, interventions, and life-support treatments safely.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition or emergencies.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, recovery, and health management.
• Collaborate with neuro, trauma, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
