Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room or perioperative nursing experience preferred
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Knowledge of aseptic technique, surgical instrumentation, and OR protocols
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide perioperative nursing care in an outpatient surgical setting
• Prepare operating rooms, equipment, and supplies for scheduled procedures
• Function as circulating and/or scrub nurse according to competency
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure patient safety throughout procedures
• Coordinate care with surgeons, anesthesia, and perioperative team members
• Document perioperative care accurately and comply with regulatory standards
