Iberia Express Inc. is now hiring experienced CDL-A OTR Drivers for Dry Van, Reefer, and Open Deck opportunities. We are a growing carrier based in McHenry, Illinois, offering strong weekly earning potential, high miles, newer equipment, and a driver-focused operation designed to keep you moving.

Pay & Earnings

Drivers can expect strong weekly income with access to consistent freight and high mileage opportunities.

• Van / Reefer / Open Deck Drivers: $2,500–$4,000 weekly
• Team Drivers: $3,500–$5,000 weekly
• Sign-On Bonus up to $6,000
• Weekly pay schedule
• Statement day: Tuesday
• Payday: Thursday
• Cash advances available

Independent contractors receive:

• 87.5% of gross revenue equivalent structure (12% company fee)
• 100% transparency with rate confirmations shared for percentage-based drivers

Additional compensation includes:

• Detention pay: $20/hour after 3 hours
• Layover pay beginning on the second day
• Extra stop pay
• DOT inspection bonuses
• Safety bonuses

Equipment & Driver Support

Drivers operate newer, well-maintained equipment including:

• 2025–2026 Volvo and Freightliner trucks
• 2025–2026 trailers
• Refrigerators
• Microwaves
• APUs
• Inverters
• Forward-facing cameras

Additional driver support includes:

• 24/7 dispatch, safety, and roadside support
• On-site maintenance shop for quick repairs
• Free personal vehicle parking
• Driver lounge with showers and entertainment

• Toll and truck stop network access including Loves, Pilot, Flying J, TA, and Petro

Freight & Miles

• Dry Van, Reefer, and Open Deck freight
• Consistent high miles
• Minimum 3,500 miles per week available
• No forced dispatch
• Address-to-address mile pay (not zip-code based)
• Primarily OTR freight across all 48 states

Drivers are typically expected to stay out:

• Minimum 3 weeks (4 weeks preferred)

Home time policy:

• 1 day off earned per week out
• Home time travel reimbursement available after 45 days out

Lease & Lease-to-Own Opportunities

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• Minimum 6 months of OTR experience
• Maximum 2 moving violations
• Maximum 1 accident
• Basic English communication skills required
• Must be at least 23 years old

Passenger program available with completed authorization form.
