We are hiring CDL-A Drivers for a dedicated Walmart account running night routes with consistent miles and reliable weekly pay. This position is ideal for drivers who prefer night driving, steady freight, and predictable schedules.

Pay & Earnings

Drivers can expect to earn $1,727 to $2,042 per week, with top drivers averaging over $106,194 annually. Pay includes:

• Base pay ranging from $0.55 to $0.60 CPM (higher rates for nights/weekends)
• Quarterly bonus up to $0.02 CPM

Drivers typically run 2,500 to 2,900 miles per week, giving you strong and consistent earning potential.

Route Details

• Dedicated Walmart freight (distribution center to stores)
• Multi-stop loads
• Average length of haul: 581 miles
• Running area includes: Nebraska, Colorado, North Dakota, South Dakota, Kansas, Iowa, and Missouri
• Mix of live unloads with some drop & hook opportunities

Schedule & Home Time

• Night driving position
• Typical schedule: 6 days out with 1 day off during the week
• Predictable, consistent routes

Additional Pay

• Stop Pay: $15 per stop
• No short haul pay
• No detention pay
• Quarterly bonus structure available
