Northland Audiology & Hearing Services is seeking a compassionate and skilled Audiologist to join their thriving private practice in Juneau. This is a patient-centered role in a well-established clinic, offering the opportunity to work with both adult and pediatric patients.
The ideal Audiologist candidate will thrive in a collaborative and supportive environment, providing comprehensive audiological services that make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and hearing tests for patients of all ages.
- Perform cochlear implant evaluations and mapping to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide tinnitus management services tailored to individual patient needs.
- Educate patients and families on hearing loss, treatment options, and assistive technology.
- Maintain a patient-first approach, customizing care plans to align with individual goals and lifestyles.
- Monthly travel to outlying clinic locations to provide services, with some overnight travel
- Doctoral degree in Audiology
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- A commitment to integrity, honesty, and respect for the patients, staff, and the practice
- Self-starter with a positive and professional attitude
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive both independently and in team settings
- Salary Plus Bonus $110,000–$120,000
