Job Description
A nationally recognized commercial builder is seeking Traveling Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents to support large-scale data center and mission critical construction projects throughout the United States, primarily East Coast.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day field operations on large-scale construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain project schedule and quality standards
• Lead daily site activities and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
• Assist with project planning, sequencing, logistics, and schedule execution
• Conduct site walks and proactively identify and resolve field issues
• Coordinate inspections, punch list activities, and project turnover
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to project leadership
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, company standards, and safety requirements
• Support construction documentation, reporting, and field coordination efforts
• Foster strong relationships with project teams, subcontractors, and ownership representatives
Requirements
• Experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Foreman, Field Engineer, or related construction leadership role
• Ground-up commercial construction experience required
• Data center, mission critical, industrial, advanced technology, healthcare, semiconductor, or other complex project experience highly preferred
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively for project assignments throughout the United States
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field operations
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• OSHA 30 preferred
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software is a plus
