• Set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Calibrate tools, align workpieces, and ensure optimal machine performance

• Perform detailed inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges

• Troubleshoot machine or production issues

• Collaborate with team members to enhance processes and quality

• 5–7 years of CNC milling experience (setup, programming, operation)

• Experience with live tooling & advanced machining techniques is a plus

• Strong ability to read G-code and use CNC controls

• Excellent mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Team-focused attitude with reliable work ethic

• Strong math and problem-solving skills
