Duties
  • Supervise residents to promote safety, security, and positive behavior management.
  • Assist with daily routines such as meal preparation, medication administration, and personal hygiene.
  • Conduct intake assessments and maintain accurate case management records to support individualized care plans.
  • Provide crisis intervention when necessary, de-escalating conflicts and ensuring residents’ well-being.
  • Support residents with childcare needs and facilitate engaging activities to encourage social interaction.
  • Maintain detailed data entry, filing, and data collection records related to resident progress and incident reports.
  • Administer first aid when required and follow safety protocols to ensure a secure environment.
Qualifications
  • Prior supervising experience in residential or social service settings is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with residents, families, and team members.
  • Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques, conflict management strategies, and behavioral health principles.
  • Experience in addiction counseling, medication administration, and home & community care is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and compassion while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Basic skills in data entry, filing, and record keeping; familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) programs is a plus.
