Job Description
Key Personnel is seeking a Women's Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
LPN Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
LPN Pay Rate: $25/hr
LPN Responsibilities (Women’s Health Focus):
- Room patients and obtain vital signs, including reproductive and gynecologic history as appropriate
- Administer medications and immunizations as directed by the provider, including women’s health treatments as ordered
- Assist providers with women’s health exams, procedures, and treatments (e.g., well-woman exams, Pap smears, contraceptive care support)
- Prepare patients for in-office procedures and provide appropriate comfort and education
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
- Provide patient education related to women’s health topics such as preventive care, reproductive health, and treatment plans
- Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and properly prepared for women’s health visits
- Support patient flow and coordinate care within the clinical team
- Perform other duties as assigned
LPN Qualifications:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Prior experience in women’s health, OB/GYN, or related outpatient clinical setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with sensitivity to women’s health need
