ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Position Overview

We are seeking an Associate Attorney for a Denver-based legal organization. This is a full-time position offering exposure to diverse practice areas and mentorship from experienced attorneys.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
• Assist senior attorneys with case management
• Prepare discovery materials and trial documents
• Conduct depositions and participate in trials
• Manage client communications and relationships
• Stay current with legal developments and case law
• Work collaboratively within legal team

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in Colorado
• Strong legal writing and research skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and time management abilities
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
• 0-3 years legal experience acceptable

Compensation

• Salary: $110,000 – $185,000/year
