Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a School Psychologist for a 2025–2026 school year assignment in Columbia, South Carolina.

This is a structured school-based role supporting a K–12 student population with a mix of in-person and potential hybrid scheduling.

POSITION OVERVIEW
This assignment is ideal for School Psychologists experienced in educational settings who are comfortable managing evaluations, assessments, and student support services across multiple grade levels.

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
• 16-week contract
• 5x7.5 Day shifts
• 07:00–14:30
• 37.5 hours per week
• K–12 student population
• Hybrid option available (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
• Fully remote not permitted

COMPENSATION
• Gross: $2,935.50 per week
• W2: $43.00 per hour
• Tax-Free Stipend: $1,323 per week

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments
• Develop and support individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide consultation to teachers, staff, and families
• Support student behavioral and emotional needs
• Maintain compliance with school and district standards

Requirements:

• SCDE School Psychologist certification required or eligible
• School-based experience preferred
• Ability to support K–12 student population
• Must be able to work 5x7.5-hour schedule (07:00–14:30; 37.5 hours per week)
• Must be comfortable with hybrid schedule (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
• Fully remote not accepted
• Resume required for submission

Important Notes:
• Orientation hours are fully billable
• Cannot have worked for the district as a permanent employee within the last 12 months
• PO required for assignment
