Therapy / Rehabilitation / Speech Language Pathologist (School)

Location: Colorado

Duration - 40 Weeks

Position Overview:
Seeking a dedicated School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language services to students in an educational setting. The ideal candidate will be experienced in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating communication disorders while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

Requirements:

  • Active Colorado Speech Language Pathologist License required at time of submission
  • Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) credential required by start date
  • School-based experience preferred
  • Strong communication and documentation skills

Schedule:

  • 3 Days per Week
  • 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
  • 30-Minute Unpaid Lunch
  • 22.5 Billable Hours per Week

Caseload:

  • Average caseload of approximately 40 students

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Speech and Language Evaluations
  • Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Articulation Therapy
  • Language Intervention
  • Fluency Disorders
  • Voice Disorders
  • AAC Support and Communication Strategies
  • Progress Monitoring and Documentation
  • Collaboration with Teachers, Parents, and Support Staff

  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and district regulations
