Position OverviewAffirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one‑on‑one skilled nursing care for a 12‑year‑old girl in Nutley, NJ. This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy pediatrics and appreciate the meaningful, steady pace of individualized home‑care nursing.
We have immediate openings for evening and weekend shifts, offering consistent hours and strong support from our pediatric leadership team. You’ll always have the clinical guidance you need to feel confident on the case.
Key ResponsibilityProvide evening and weekend pediatric nursing care — Monitor, support, and ensure the child’s comfort and safety during non‑school hours
LPN: $35–$38/hr
Active New Jersey LPN License
Preferred 1 year of pediatric experience in home care or acute care
Current BLS Certification
Authorized to work in the United States
Valid driver’s license preferred
Physical exam within the past 12 months
PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)
Proof of MMR immunization within 10 years
Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
Supportive pediatric clinical team
Predictable evening and weekend schedule
Meaningful 1:1 care
