Job Title: Cleared American Guard (CAG)
Location: Virginia Beach, VA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (Some Saturdays may be required)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking qualified Cleared American Guards (CAG) to support a secure federal construction project in Virginia Beach, VA. CAG is responsible for controlling access to the construction site, inspecting personnel and vehicles, conducting patrols, and enforcing site security procedures.

Clearance:
Active Secret Clearance required.

Main Duties:

• Control access at designated entry points.
• Verify credentials and badges.
• Inspect personnel, vehicles, equipment, and deliveries.
• Conduct site patrols and security checks.
• Enforce site security procedures.
• Maintain access logs and inspection records.
• Report suspicious activity or security concerns.
• Support overall construction security operations.

Requirements:

• Active Secret Clearance.
• 3 years of security, military, law enforcement, or related experience.
• Current CAG Certification.
• Experience conducting inspections and access control.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
