Inside Sales Associate
Compensation: $60,000 per year + commission

Company Overview
Home Fire Stove & Grill City is a local retailer of fireplaces, stoves, inserts, and grills serving the Willamette Valley for over 40 years.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and call-in customers
• Learn product details and present them accurately
• Follow the company sales process
• Handle inbound/outbound calls
• Track all activity in the CRM
• Prepare estimates and manage leads
• Maintain a clean showroom

• You follow instructions and complete tasks on time
• You communicate clearly and professionally
• You learn new products and systems quickly
• You stay organized and manage your workflow
• You work well on a team and represent the company well

Requirements

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Google Calendar)
• High school diploma/GED
• Valid Oregon drivers license
• Ability to meet job expectations and verify capability to perform duties
