Based in Victoria, TX 77905, this role invites a detail-driven CNC expert to transform prints into production-ready reality. You’ll shape components to spec, safeguard quality, and support a culture of continuous improvement.

How You’ll Contribute
  • Prepare, set up, and operate CNC machines to manufacture parts to specification.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to plan each job accurately.
  • Monitor live runs, making adjustments to maintain tolerance, finish, and consistency.
  • Conduct routine care and basic diagnostics on CNC equipment.
  • Follow all safety requirements and best practices around machinery.
  • Record production outcomes and machine conditions with precision.
  • Work alongside teammates to enhance processes and increase efficiency.
Your Background
  • High school diploma or equivalent; CNC certification/training preferred.
  • Experience operating CNC machinery in a production or job-shop environment.
  • Knowledge of CNC machine operation and introductory programming concepts.
  • Fluency in reading technical documents and mechanical drawings.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical problem solving.
  • Collaborative communicator who contributes to a team-first environment.
  • Comfort with flexible hours and overtime when production demands it.
