Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with patients across the lifespan with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. This role requires a therapist who is committed to personalized care and interdisciplinary collaboration to meet the diverse needs of a rural outpatient clinic. The candidate should be comfortable engaging with the community and local healthcare providers to promote our speech therapy services and support referral growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to patients with a variety of communication and swallowing disorders.

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapies.

• Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Engage with local physicians and healthcare providers to raise awareness of our speech therapy services.

• Develop and maintain referral relationships to support clinic growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with relevant clinical experience.

• Experience with a wide range of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with a willingness to engage in community outreach and referral development.

• Ability to pass a background check.
