About the Role:
This position will service clients in the Culver City, West LA, Mar Vista, Palms, Playa Vista and Del Rey areas and is perfect for therapists who want to make their own schedules. Applicants should be comfortable serving a diverse range of clients from various ethnic, cultural, economic, and lingual backgrounds, and be willing to provide their best to all client families.

We offer full support for therapists, a very competitive pay rate, medical benefits (full-time only), retirement plan, a flexible schedule, a one-time $400 bonus after three months of employment for bilingual therapists, and we pay the standard business rate for mileage. Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify speech and language needs of children.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child.
• Provide bilingual speech therapy sessions to enhance communication skills.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support therapy goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate families on communication strategies and techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Current California state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Certification of Competence (CCC).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
• Experience with early intervention services and pediatric populations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75.00 -$80.00/hour; Evaluations: $225

Play & Talk Bilingual Therapys (www.playandtalktherapy.com) mission is to provide both home-based and in-clinic multilingual speech-language services and evaluations to the L.A. area pediatric population (ages 0-3) in order to enhance their verbal/non-verbal communication skills.
