What You’ll Do as a Resident Assistant

As a Resident Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and mobility support.
- Monitoring residents’ health and reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Providing companionship and fostering a warm, supportive environment for residents.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized living space for residents.
- Collaborating with fellow team members to deliver the highest standard of care.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who bring a combination of skills, experience, and heart to the role. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field.
