Schedule: M-F 6:30 am-3:00 pm 
Pay Rate:  $40.00 - $57.00 per hr. DOE+ OT 
Location: Boise, ID
Position Type: Full-Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee tool installation construction, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to drawings, specs, and schedule
  • Verify field progress, labor productivity, and material quantities while maintaining accurate documentation
  • Enforce safety compliance, including JHAs, pre-task plans, signage, barricades, and site cleanliness
  • Coordinate daily field activities between trades, contractors, engineering teams, and tool/system owners
  • Track progress against schedule, communicate risks, and support recovery and contingency planning
  • Manage permits, RFIs, submittals, QA sign-offs, and ensure accurate red-line and as-built drawing completion
Educational Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management OR 5 years of construction experience

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of facility systems, construction materials, and installation methods
  • Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, shop drawings, and technical documents
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills with a proactive mindset
  • Excellent time management with flexibility to adapt to changing site conditions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
  • Committed to safety, integrity, and successful execution in fast-paced construction environments
Preferences: 
  • 2 years of experience working in a semiconductor environment

Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
