Role Overview

We're seeking a proactive Sales Leader to drive sales performance and lead coaching for our sales team. This role is responsible for monitoring metrics, supporting pipeline growth, improving conversion rates, and developing team members through coaching, training, and accountability.

You'll work closely with the office leadership team to ensure the sales process runs smoothly, performance is tracked consistently, and learning happens continuously.

Primary Responsibilities
Sales Performance & Goal Management

  • Help lead the team to achieve sales goals and performance targets.
  • Track and review sales metrics regularly, then use the data to drive improvements.
  • Coach and develop sales team members through feedback, training, and consistent accountability.
  • Support strong sales execution and process follow-through across the team.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
  • Proven sales performance with measurable results.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading others in a sales environment.
  • Strong ability to track KPIs, understand performance trends, and make recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills-- able to coach with confidence and clarity.
  • Coachable mindset: you seek feedback, learn continuously, and apply what you learn.
  • Organized, dependable, and focused on follow-through.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain any required state insurance licensing for the role.
