About the Role

In this position, you will:

• Supervise Measure Tech Crew to ensure quality of work is maintained.

• Attend daily meetings with production management to discuss weekly/monthly goals and tasks.

• Daily reporting of job and completion statuses

• Investigating mismeasurements

• Overseeing performance of Measure Techs. Ensuring that performance discussions are documented and implemented accordingly.

Key Qualifications

• 2+ years previous remodeling experience.

• 1-2 years of previous leadership experience.

• Clean driving record.

• 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Detail oriented within a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

• Must be able to sit at a deck/computer and type for extended periods of time.

• Must be able to operate warehouse equipment and machinery.

• Full mobility needed including, crouching, bending, lifting, and kneeling for prolonged periods of time.

• Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs
