Job Description & Requirements

Experience
- 5+ years perioperative nursing experience
- Must have both scrubbing & circulating experience
- Strong OR background across a variety of cases
Role-Specific
- RN First Assist (RNFA) certification/course required
- Must meet AORN Core Curriculum standards
- Will primarily function as:
- First Assist in surgery
- Occasionally circulate cases
Licensure & Certifications
- Massachusetts RN License
- Will accept conditional license for initial contract
- ACLS required
- BLS (AHA or Red Cross) required
Education
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM Schedule: 4x10s (Day Shift) Call Requirements: 2 weekdays: from end of shift (~5:30 PM) → 7:00 PM 1 full weekend call every 3 weeks (24 hrs/day Sat & Sun) Job ID #18008947
