Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: I live alone in a 2-story house. I have MS and RA. I'm having hip replacement surgery in July. I need transportation from the hospital to home and an overnight stay for the first night home. I'm not sure how much assistance I'll need after that. I'd like to have someone to check on me periodically, but won't need full time. About the care needs: Must love animals (I have a cat). Willing to do minor household chores. I'm an introvert so I won't need constant companionship, rather someone who is here in case I fall or need some assistance with something. Services needed include: transportation, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
