Babysitter Needed

Looking for an attachment-informed nanny for our 3-month-old. Must be comfortable having baby napping on you, supporting with independent sleep training (when asked to), be responsive to all crying, stay off phone, and do some light developmental age-appropriate engagement. You'd ideally go for walks outside while baby wearing sometimes and either bring her to me to nurse or provide a slow release bottle. Ideally person has experience with newborns and infants.
