Production Associate

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the Pack Out Area supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Trinity, AL

Pay Range:  $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift, 12-hour rotating days)

What's the Job?

• Safely package finished products according to company standards and specifications
• Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and defects before shipment
• Operate basic packaging equipment and tools safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Complete production and shipping documentation accurately

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year verifiable manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
