Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I need adult care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Light Housekeeping, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Meal Preparation, Transportation. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Some help needed with bathing. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from appointments.
