Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

We are looking for an energetic, nurturing sitter who loves kids and would be willing to help us with our 3 children in NW DC. Ideally M-F from 2:30-6:30/7 but flexible on whether its all 5 days or less (minimum 3). We would prefer someone who has a car and could help out with school pick up- then help with after-school activities and homework help. Our children are 10, 8, and 5 and we are looking for someone who will play with the kids and really jump in and become part of the family! Often times it would just be watching 1 or 2 kids while another is at an activity or sports. Ideal start date is towards the end of summer and back to school, but we could do a trial earlier.
