Childcare Needed

We are looking for a great nanny for 2 children(ages 4 and 2) with one due this fall. I am a physician so my schedule varies in terms of what days I am out of the house but we would guarantee pay for 3 days a week regardless. I have my schedule for the whole year in advance. This can be discussed further and negotiated if interested! We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. We would like someone who will be engaging and reliable and will like to take the kids outside!
