Senior Packaging Designer

Location: Framingham, MassachusettsJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $45 - 48 per hourAre you ready to lead the visual evolution for a portfolio of household brands at a global retail industry leader? We are seeking a consultative partner to direct end-to-end, trend-forward brand packaging solutions from concept to shelf. This is a high-visibility opportunity to influence cross-functional design decisions and drive global division growth. Candidates must be commutable to Framingham, Massachusetts in order to be considered. Responsibilities:Brand Packaging Leadership: Direct the creation and development of trend-forward brand packaging and branding solutions across various categories (including boxes, hangtags, labels, etc.) to enable brand evolution across global divisions.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Development, Trend Teams, Buyers, and Merchandising to align packaging design with lifestyle needs, product categories, and compelling brand visions. Influence design decisions across the broader organization.Production & Quality Oversight: Follow projects through from concept to shelf, establishing parameters for acceptable tolerances in print, color, and construction.
