Position Summary
We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading national supply chain and distribution company, for a Warehouse Selector role in Lockbourne, OH. As a Warehouse Selector, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations moving by accurately selecting and preparing customer orders.
Key Responsibilities
We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading national supply chain and distribution company, for a Warehouse Selector role in Lockbourne, OH. As a Warehouse Selector, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations moving by accurately selecting and preparing customer orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick full-case product orders from warehouse storage locations
- Read or scan labels to identify product details and quantities
- Stack and organize cases onto pallets or carts
- Transport orders to designated dock areas using powered equipment
- Maintain a strong focus on accuracy, productivity, and safety
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements to perform the job safely
Qualifications & Skills
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to lift, move, and stack product throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate visual checks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active warehouse environment
- Ability to read, write, and understand English to follow safety procedures and work instructions
Employment Type & Compensation
- This is a Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire position
- Pay rate is $21.00 per hour
- Application Window: Open until filled
Work Schedule
- 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | Start time: 5:00 AM – (shift ends once production goals are met)
