What You’ll Do as the Project Manager
- Lead full project lifecycle — Manage multiple small to mid-size multifamily projects through all phases.
- Serve as primary client liaison — Translate goals into scope, schedules, and budgets; maintain proactive communication.
- Build and mentor teams — Assign work, coach emerging designers, and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
- Control scope, schedule, budget — Develop workplans, fee estimates, proposals, and contracts; track progress and course-correct early.
- Elevate technical quality — Guide documentation and coordination; uphold standards; reduce RFIs and change orders.
- Coordinate consultants and stakeholders — Align structural, MEP, civil, and specialty inputs with design intent and code.
- Advance design technology — Champion efficient Revit workflows and model management practices.
- Document decisions — Maintain clear records, meeting notes, and logs for smooth execution and risk management.
- Represent the studio locally — Model professionalism with clients, jurisdictions, and partners across Dallas.
What You Bring
- Proven leadership — Superb communication, organization, and follow-through; able to motivate teams and set clear priorities.
- Architectural depth — Thorough knowledge from concept to CA; multifamily experience strongly preferred.
- Project controls mindset — Success managing scope, schedules, budgets, and resources on concurrent projects.
- Technology fluency — Proficient in Revit (or similar) with judgment to implement coordinated, efficient workflows.
- Experience level — 10+ years in architecture or closely related roles; professional license preferred but not required.
- Education — Professional degree in architecture from an accredited program.
