Allegiance Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Support Associate for Pick, Pack & Quality Control duties in a growing warehouse operation in Lititz, PA. This is a hands-on role that combines order fulfillment, quality control, inventory support, and material handling responsibilities.

What You'll Do
- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Pack shipments securely to ensure products arrive safely
- Perform quality checks to verify correct items, quantities, labels, and packaging
- Enter warehouse and inventory data into Excel spreadsheets
- Assist with shipping and order fulfillment activities
- Support inventory counts, cycle counts, and discrepancy reporting
- Move, stage, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse
- Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
- Receive incoming materials and inspect for damage or discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of warehouse, order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience
- Experience with quality control or inventory accuracy preferred
- Basic computer skills and experience with Excel data entry required
- Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and communicate effectively in English
