Responsibilities

Interact with potential clients, guide them through the onboarding process, and document information in the CRM/case management system
Maintain accurate veteran records, process electronic documents, and support internal departments with document management and service requests
Manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent client service

Qualifications

Previous experience in Intake, Call Center, Administrative Support, or Case Management preferred
Experience using CRM systems, databases, and Microsoft Office 365
Strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and data entry skills
Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Passion for helping veterans and delivering exceptional client care
