Hiring: Material Handler – 2nd Shift
Ephrata, PA | $16.50/hr | Full-Time
Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM (Some flexibility available)
Allegiance Staffing is hiring a Material Handler to assist a busy food production and warehouse team this season in Ephrata, PA. This role ensures the safe and efficient movement, storage, and tracking of materials throughout the facility.
Schedule:
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and unload materials
- Pick orders and stage materials for production using RF scanners
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for accuracy and damage
- Maintain proper inventory rotation (FIFO) and assist with audits
- Keep work areas clean and follow all GMP, HACCP, and food-safety procedures
- Support shipping, receiving, and daily warehouse operations
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of warehouse or material handling experience
- Forklift experience required (stand-up)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
