PLASTICS PACKER

Rotating Shifts

5:00 am - 5:30 pm

$21.01 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Retrieve finished units from final inspection
Remove defective sheets from units
Verify proper placement of I.D. tags on packed units
Prepare and include installation and instruction kits with each unit
Accurately count and record packed items
Maintain a clean and organized work area, tools, and equipment
Follow all required safety regulations and company procedures
Perform additional tasks as directed by supervision
Follow specific instructions for each unit being packed

JOB REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Knowledge of packing procedures, materials, equipment, and computers
Ability to perform repetitive tasks involving heavy lifting, bending, and stooping
Tolerance for heat, chemicals, and dust exposure
Ability to distinguish between shades of colors
Steel toe shoes required
Must be able to transition to 2nd shift when reassigned
