Job Summary
FrankCrum Staffing is seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to support warehouse operations. This role primarily focuses on picking and packing orders, while also assisting with other general warehouse tasks as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable working in varying temperatures.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare products for shipment (labeling, boxing, staging)
- Assist with inventory organization and general warehouse upkeep
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support daily operations
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker/packer experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy boxes consistently throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a hot warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Dependable with good attendance and punctuality
Preferred Skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Willingness to take on a variety of tasks
Work Environment
- Warehouse setting with exposure to heat
- Physical role requiring standing, lifting, bending, and moving throughout the shift
