- Perform well-child exams, preventive screenings, and routine pediatric evaluations
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions

- Collaborate with nursing staff, medical assistants, and multidisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Support the organization's mission of improving healthcare access and outcomes within the community
- Participate in occasional evening and weekend coverage as needed
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $200,000 – $240,000
- Quarterly productivity bonuses
