Overview

Compensation/Benefits

• $30.10-$49.17/hr. depending on previous work experience

Responsibilities

Job Summary

• Identify and evaluates strategic growth opportunities through provider and patient feedback, market observations, and referral trend insights
• Translates field intelligence into clear, actionable recommendations for strategy, service line, and senior leadership
• Fosters relationships with community leaders and attends special events in partnership with NRHS Community Benefit Department
• Serve as a liaison between external partners and internal stakeholders to advance organizational priorities

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelors in Marketing, Business or related field

Experience

• 2 to 4 years of work experience in Sales, Business Development or a related field
• Healthcare Background preferred
• Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfort working independently in ambiguous or evolving environments
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership teams
