Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We’re seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team in Holland, MI. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Shipping & Receiving Associate, your core responsibilities will include:
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receiving & Inspection: Receive incoming materials and inspect them to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Inventory Support: Maintain organized inventory and assist with tracking shipments and materials.
In addition, you will also be expected to safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or hi-los and support overall warehouse organization and workflow.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
- Experience operating pallet jacks, hi-los, or similar equipment preferred
Skills:
- Attention to Detail: Ensures orders and incoming shipments are accurate and meet quality standards
- Organization: Keeps inventory and workspace efficient and well-structured
- Problem-Solving: Addresses discrepancies or issues quickly to keep operations running smoothly
